DREAM CATCHER DECOR

Dream Catcher Decor
20.00

In Native American cultures, dream catchers are a sacred item and protect you when hung at your bed. The shape of the dreamcatcher is a circle because it represents the circle of life and how forces like the sun and moon travel each day and night across the sky. The first half of the class you will learn how to make Yarn Feathers and Yarn Pom Poms. With these handmade feathers and pom poms, you will craft a dream catcher on a 6” wood hoop. A variety of additional craft supplies will be available from colorful yarns, feathers, beads and more.

Recommended for ages 10+. This is a fun class for a girls night out or to craft with your daughter. Pre-registration is recommended as we are limited to 12 seats for this workshop. Walk-ins available based on seats available.

PAINT POURING FOR KIDS

PAINT POURING FOR KIDS
25.00

Have you heard of the trend Paint Pouring? In this workshop, your children will learn about this fluid painting technique and get to work on an 8”x8” canvas to create their very own one-of-a-kind wall art.

Fluid painting is an innovative way to use acrylic paints to create an art piece. Instead of using tools like brushes or knives to create a piece of art, fluid paints can be poured directly onto the surface and the canvas is tilted to move the paint around.

Recommend for ages 6+. Ages 12 and under require parents to stay during the workshop. For ages 13+, parents may drop off their teen however a wavier and emergency contact information must be filled out prior to workshop starting.

All supplies and instruction included. A variety of paint colors available, gloves and aprons provided. Class will be approximately 1.5 hours long. It may get a little messy, we recommend wearing clothes and shoes that can take a little paint. Canvases take 24 hours to dry, its recommended to leave the artwork and to arrange to pick up at a later date.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
